Rescue restorers for when you need to de-stress

Maybe you've been on your feet all day, or had a stressful day at work or home, or are feeling worn out at the end of the week.
Whatever the reason, you can take 10 minutes to restore your sense of you, to rest and relax, and recharge body, mind and spirit.
In my short free video, I talk you through a calming 10+ minutes with some guided breathing and supported seated, standing and lying down postures. You'll need a chair or similar item of furniture, a handy wall, and may want a block or firm cushion for sitting. You might also want a blanket to keep you cosy for the final posture.
The video features three things you can do to restore your sense of wellbeing.
