I give lots of verbal and visual cues to modify and adapt postures and movement to suit how you are feeling and what works best for your body.

The membership runs on a monthly subscription fee. If you subscribe then you won't be charged anything until the free trial is over, and then will be charged monthly.

How often do you upload new videos?
I will upload a new item once a week. It could be a guided mindfulness track, a short yoga practice, or a longer themed yoga class.
Can I download the videos or audio tracks?
No. Videos and audio tracks are streaming only.
How do I cancel or update my payment method?
You can manage your subscription anytime by clicking “User Profile” at the top-right corner when logged in. You can cancel or update your payments there.
This sounds great but I can’t afford it, can you help?
Yes, if money is an issue, contact me and I can send you a concession code.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, when you register there is a 7-day free trial with no obligation to commit. You need to create an account to access the free trial. Your card won't be charged until the free trial week is over.
About me
I’m Alyson Tyler and I’m a qualified and insured yoga teacher and massage therapist offering yoga, meditation and wellbeing courses in Dumfries and online. I have been teaching yoga for over 17 years.
If you like labels, I teach hatha yoga, in that there is asana, pranayama and meditation. These are the core elements of yoga.
I don’t hold with conformity and believe each person knows and understands their own body best. I teach a compassionate, person-centred yoga. My holistic approach takes into account what’s going on in the body, mind, and emotions, at conscious and sub-conscious levels.
