This yoga class guides will focus on your abdominal muscles and build up to some balances on the bottom such navasana and upavistha konasana. Variations/modifications are given so you can adapt to how you are feeling and what you can do.
The class is roughly beginners/intermediate level. We begin and close with some calming mindfulness and breathing.
You may want something for under your knees like a folded blanket, and a yoga block or firm cushion for sitting on.
