Breathe move relax (freestyle-ish) (11 mins)

In this guided audio practice, we focus on the breath, some movement and then relaxing, as mini ways to de-stress during the day.

Although all three are together in this practice, you can do just one element another time, and adapt it to suit how you are feeling at that time.

We start with the calming golden breath, then some gentle movements, and finish with relaxing.

I recorded this outside. Feel free to do this when you're outside on a walk, or in a garden. You can also do this sitting or lying down or a combination of sitting and lying inside (or outside).
