This class is ideal if you want strengthen the legs and open the front body in bridge, and to stay longer in a supported version, which takes away the effort and so is more relaxing.
We spend a lot of our time curved over, often in a sitting position at a desk or on the sofa, so this is a nice way to do the opposite.
You may feel you can breathe more easily whilst in the supported bridge.
You'll need several yoga blocks, or hardback books and a blanket or towel. These will be used underneath you for supported bridge.
