This intermediate yoga class guides you through variations of bridge (setu bandha sarvangasana) to open the front of the body. This includes supported bridge. This class is ideal if you feel you spend a lot of your day in a slightly curved forward position and want to open up through a range of movements. The class begins with settling the breath and ends with a breathing practice appropriate for having opened up the front a little more.
You will need either yoga blocks or some big books possibly wrapped in a towel or blanket.
The class is suitable for intermediate level students, those with yoga experience, or those who are looking to challenge themselves from open level classes.
