Colour visualisation meditation (10 mins)

This is a 10 minutes guided meditation practice using colour visualisation. This is an audio track, there's no video to watch. As I note in the audio, you may find the colour you choose varies every time you do it, and some times you might have several colours that appeal to you. Equally, if you are drawn to a white light, that's still a colour, don't feel obliged for it to be one from the rainbow.

Use any seated or lying position, be warm and comfy.
