Dolphin pose (60 mins)

In this intermediate level class we focus on the dolphin pose, also called elbow dog, plus variations like three legged dog and prep for scorpion. Dolphin pose in a type of inversion and looks a bit like a downward facing dog.

We prepare the shoulders, take two sun salutations, a standing pose flow and variations of dolphin. We close with a brief visualisation meditation, the golden breath, and the sivasana.

You might want a soft pad for kneeling and a sitting block.
