Earth connections (8 mins)
This short practice is ideal for a little bit of movement and breathing focus.
It is especially good if you can do it barefoot outside, but it's also good inside, or outside in shoes.
It starts with the earth-sky flow which is a standing practice where we move the arms in time with the breath and bend and straighten the legs.
Then there is a standing breathing visualisation mindfulness practice (although you can do this sitting if you prefer).
