'First this ... then that' mindfulness practice (7 mins)

This short guided audio track will help you focus and manage times of overwhelm, busy-ness, and when you have too much to do and don't know where to start.

We use a phrase 'first this, then that' as we breathe, to calm the breath and the mind, so that you can then apply it when you go about your day.

This might be a nice practice to do in the morning, if you've got a busy day ahead, or you can do it in the middle of something if there's lots of competing demands on you. You can repeat to yourself 'first this, then that'.
