This class is based around a flowing sequence from kneeling to standing. We move the body 3 times in different postures. In each sequence the postures including opening up, a side bend and an open twist. The kneeling to standing sequence is repeated two times on each side (right and left) before we rest in savasana with relaxed breathing.
You might want a soft pad for kneeling and a sitting block.
