This yoga class is a nice all over range of movement for the body, and short enough that you can hopefully fit it into your morning routine, or a break in the middle of the day, or as a wind-down activity at the end of the day.
The class has forward bend, back extension, side bend, twist, length for the whole body, upper body inversion, plus calming breathing and mindfulness. Most of the class is either lying down or sitting, with only a couple of standing postures.
If you're feeling low on energy this will be a nice class to take for getting the benefits of movements with wearing yourself out.
There is no sivasana at the end, so if you want time for that you can do that after the video finishes.
Have blocks or cushions handy if you like for kneeling and sitting.
