This class focuses on gently moving the spine in different directions, leading into some gentle chest extensions ('back bends'). We also focus on our breathing with the three part breath at the start and staggered breathing at the end. You will need a small cushion, thin pillow or folded blanket for a couple of the postures.
This was recorded as a morning class, but it suitable for any time of day.
If you are recovering from long Covid, or ME/CFS, there are some standing postures including warrior 1, but more time is spent seated, or lying down.
