Less is more (20 mins)

This short restorative yoga session is ideal for evening, or after work, or when you're in need of being recharged by taking rest. If you're feeling overwhelmed, worn out, fatigued or low in energy, then it will also be really nice.

There are a couple of gentle seated movements then we move to supported restorative postures. You will need a chair, or edge of bed or sofa or similar item of furniture.

You may want yoga blocks (or books with a folded blanket or towel on them), so that you can have more support under the pelvis or head.

We begin and end with calming focused breathing.
