Mindful movement and meditation (60 mins)

This open level yoga class guides you through some mindful movement practices and meditation practices, including a counted breathing technique and a visualisation practice.

You may want something for under your knees like a folded blanket, and a yoga block or firm cushion for sitting on.

The class is suitable for beginners and those with yoga experience.

Gentle level for energy requirement.
