In this class we move gently to help prepare the body to sit comfortably for pranayama and mindfulness.
The mindfulness part is longer than usual, as this is the focus for the video. We move from sitting, to kneeling to standing, leading to a tree balance. We then return to sitting for the focused breathing and mindfulness. There is no sivasana at the end, but you can do this yourself afterwards if you wish.
You might want a soft pad for kneeling and a sitting block.
