Power to the glutes
This is an energetic half hour which focuses on your gluteal muscles in the buttocks. With a mix of kneeling and standing postures and movements including gate, high lunge with a difference, utkatasana (chair pose) and a sequence of warrior 1, warrior 3 and half moon balance, it will strengthen leg muscles as well.
If you sit a lot this might be a beneficial video to do, to get the muscles in the bottom working more. It may be a bit challenging or intense feeling at times!
Begins and ends with focused calm breathing.
Have your usual blocks and props handing for kneeling, sitting, or for hand support in the standing balance.
