Slow then fluid flow (12 mins)

In this yoga video we complete a kneeling sequence relatively slowly, getting familiar with the postures. We then repeat it in a more flowing fluid way in time with the breath.

You'll probably want a folded blanket for under the knees. If you are not comfortable with kneeling on one knee I wouldn't choose this class.
