In this class we move with the half kneeling moon salutation sequence, and the sun salutation. We also go through a variation of the sun salutation with some added postures.
The class starts with a calming breathing technique, virtual nostril breathing, and we close the session with the golden breath, which is another calming breathing practice.
You may want a soft block or padding for kneeling, and something for sitting.
The class is open level, although some postures may feel more challenging than others. Energy levels are average to energetic.
