Twists (60 mins)

This yoga class explores a variety of different twists, from different positions including kneeling, sitting, standing and lying down. Your usual yoga blocks or cushion may be handy.

We begin with equal breathing, and then some seated postures leading to the salute to the moon, downward facing dog, sun salutations and a sequence featuring standing twists. We return to seated positions, then prone and close with staggered breathing and sivasana.
