In this class we focus on the upper body and shoulders and practise tree, warrior 1 variation and eagle pose (garudasana). There are options for the eagle balance, so you adapt to suit your balance. You will need a yoga block or a paperback/hardback book for one of the exercises. We close with calming bramari (bee) breath.
This class is suitable for beginners/intermediate people, and energy levels required are average.
