In this 30 minute class we build up to a couple of standing sequences which feature warrior 1 and 2 postures, plus humble warrior. There's also a couple of arm variations for warrior 1 and 2.
We prepare the arms and legs for the sequences and there's two sun salutations. Don't be put off by the name 'warrior power' - you can adapt it to suit your energy level and requirements. Although standing postures and sequences require energy and some fitness, if you're feeling like you need uplifting, this might be the class for you. (But if you are low in energy and need to conserve it, choose a gentler class.)
The class starts with diaphragmatic ('belly') breathing and we close with equal breathing (nadi sodhana) and sivasana.
