Winter mindfulness (7 mins)

Join me for 7 minutes of focused awareness on winter. We explore finding at least one aspect of winter to look forward to. Explore any tastes, scents, textures, sights of the element you have chosen.

If you are someone who doesn't enjoy winter, the longer darker days and nights, this mindfulness practice may help you find one aspect that you do like. It could be as simple as a candle flame, or getting cosy with a hot drink and a good book or film.

Sit or lie comfortably for this mindfulness. Or you could practice whilst walking or sat/stood in nature.
