This yoga class focuses on wrist and arm strength and flexibility. You could use it for general maintenance, or for building up wrists and arms for the crow arm balance.
There are various wrist movements such as rolling lotus, seagull wings, rising phoenix, wrist circles, as well as cat and variation of arm strength development from cat.
We start and end with seated breathing and focus.
If you have wrist issues you may want to take it easy during the class, or do it when the wrists are feeling better.
