Yoga for change (25 mins)

This yoga class focuses on the theme of change, so that we can be resilient and flexible (no pun intended) when it comes to external change happening (from the weather to things at work), and pro-active changes we might want to make.

It starts with a chant to Kali goddess, a powerful goddess of change and transformation, followed by some standing postures and a short flow sequence, and a couple of postures where we change things up a little, to feel the effects. There is no sivasana at the end but you can take a rest after the class yourself.

You will need a firm yoga block you can stand on, or a couple of hardback books.

Note, my internet connection was dodgy at the beginning and around the time of the chant, so that combined with me making a mistake whilst chanting means that what's in the video is not how it should be! It's meant to be three chants of the mantra 'Kali durge namo namah'.
