Yoga for desk workers (and others!) - 15 mins

This short class is designed to help people who sit at a desk (or car, or similar) for a lot of their time. It targets five key areas of the body that might need some attention if you sit a lot. You may want a block or cushion to sit on, and a soft block or blanket for under your knees. This class is suitable for all levels / beginners.
