Yoga for desk workers (and others!) - 60 mins

This class focuses on five areas of the body which you might feel stiff, tight or uncomfortable if you sit at a desk a lot, or want to move key parts of the body. We focus on shoulders, upper mid back, lower back, hip flexors and your gluteal muscles.

The class ends with calming bramari humming bee breath (pranayama).

You may want a block or cushion to sit on, and a soft block or blanket for under your knees.

This class is suitable for all levels.
