Yoga for evenings and sleep (30 mins)

This open level yoga class guides you through some gentle yoga and breathing practices to help you relax at the end of the day to help you sleep well. You will need a large pillow or cushion, a chair or wall, and may want an eye mask and blanket to feel extra snuggly and relaxed.

The class is suitable for beginners and those with yoga experience.

Energy requirement: gentle.
