Yoga for serenity and acceptance (30 mins)

This beginner level yoga class starts and ends with an extract from the serenity prayer to help us with courage and acceptance, on and off the mat. We move through seated, kneeling and standing postures including warrior 1 and downward facing dog. You may want something for under your knees like a folded blanket, and a yoga block or firm cushion for sitting on.

The class is suitable for beginners and depending on how you are, may challenge you with a couple of postures.
