Yoga for stress and anxiety (30 mins)

This 30 minute yoga class includes simple movement, breathing and mindfulness practices to help manage stress and anxiety. You will need a chair and a firm cushion or pillow, and may also want a block and a blanket.

This is an open level class suitable for all.
