Yoga for when you don't feel like yoga (30 mins)

If you don't feel like moving, but sort of want to, this class might be what you're looking for! It's ideal for the morning to help get you going, or for the end of the day when you need to release things.

It's yoga for when you feel 'bleugh'!

The class starts off lying down with relaxed breathing, then we mobilise the hips and spine. This is followed by some seated postures, then kneeling and then prone (on front), before we lie down again in savasana.

The class is 'open' level but I only demo intermediate level positions, so if these aren't available to you, ignore me and move or place the body in a way that is better for you.

You might want something for kneeling on and something for sitting on.
